「だんケシェ!!」（以下当アプリ）の管理者Gotchaimaze（以下「当アプリ管理者」）は、以下の通りに個人情報保護方針に関して定め、お客様の個人情報の保護について明記いたします。
【個人情報の管理】
当アプリにおける、当アプリ管理者が作成したコンテンツ（アプリ内広告表示箇所を除く）は、お客様の個人情報の参照を行いません。
【ネットワーク接続】
当アプリでは以下処理時にネットワーク接続が行われます。
・当アプリ連携時におけるネットワーク接続（SNSへの当アプリコンテンツのシェアなど）
なお、当アプリは他の連携アプリに関連したお客様の個人情報の参照を行いません。
【法令、規範の遵守と見直し】
当アプリ管理者は、個人情報保護に関する日本の法令、その他規範を遵守するとともに、本ポリシーの内容を適宜見直し、その改善に努めます。

・利用規約
この利用規約は「だんケシェ!!」（以下「当アプリ」）の利用要件を定めるものです。利用者が当アプリを利用するにあたっては、以下の利用規約（以下「本規約」）を良くお読みいただき、同意された場合にのみご利用ください。当アプリを利用する場合は、以下の利用条件に全て同意したものとさせていただきます。利用者が本規約の条項の全てに同意できない場合、当アプリの利用を中止してください。
【第１条、本規約について】
本規約については、利用者に対し事前の通知なく、いかなる時でも当アプリケーションの管理者であるGotchaimaze（以下「当アプリ管理者」）が変更できるものとします。本規約が変更された場合、当該変更後のユーザーによる当アプリの利用には変更後の本規約が適用されるものとし、変更後も引き続き利用する場合、利用者は当該変更に同意したものとみなされます。
【第２条、利用条の注意】
当アプリの利用に必要な端末、通信手段は利用者の責任と費用において準備するものとします。当アプリはどなたでも利用いただけますが未成年の方は親権者などの法定代理人の同意を得た上で利用するものとします。
【第３条、権利帰属について】
当アプリに関連する一切の情報についての著作権およびその他知的財産権は、すべて当アプリ管理者、または当アプリ管理者がその利用を許諾した権利者に帰属します（他社に著作権がある画像・音声素材などのアセットに関しては該当しない）。当アプリ管理者は当アプリに関連する情報の、私的利用および非営利目的での利用の範囲においては、利用者が自由に、翻訳、改変、転載を行うことを許諾します。ただし、著作者人格権に反する改変や二次利用を行うことを禁じます。また、営利目的または商用目的において当アプリ管理者に無断で利用することを禁じます。
【第４条、禁止事項】
利用者は、当アプリの利用に関し、利用者の故意・過失を問わず、以下のいずれかに該当する行為を一切してはならないものとします。
・当アプリ管理者、当アプリの利用者、またはその他の第三者の知的財産権（利用を許諾されたものを除く）、肖像権、プライバシーポリシー権、名誉、信用その他の権利または利益を侵害する行為
・公序良俗または法令に違反する行為
・当アプリに対し逆アセンブル、リバースエンジニアリングなどを行いソフトウェアの解析をする行為
・当アプリを無断で再配布または二次利用する行為
・その他、当アプリ管理者が、合理的な理由に基づき不適切と判断する行為
【第５条、当アプリの修正・停止等】
当アプリ管理者は、以下のいずれかに定める場合には、利用者に事前に通知することなく、当アプリの修正または通信機能の停止をすることができるものとします。
・当アプリに不具合があった場合
・当アプリに関わるシステムの点検または保守作業を行う場合
・システム、通信回線などが事故などにより停止した場合
・自身、落雷、火災、停電、天災などの不可抗力により、当アプリの運営ができなくなった場合
・その他、当アプリ管理者が当アプリを修正または停止する必要があると判断した場合
【第６条、保証および免責】
当アプリ管理者は、利用者に対し、当アプリが全ての機器で使用できること、全ての地域で利用可能であることその他いかなる保証をするものではありません。また、当アプリ内のすべてのデータが損失しないことを保証するものではありません。
当アプリ内のすべてのデータは、利用者の端末に保存され、当アプリ管理者のサーバには一切保存されません。当アプリのアンインストールを行うと、データはすべて削除されます。
当アプリの利用に関し、利用者が被った損害につき、当アプリ管理者は一切責任を負わないものとします。
当アプリで表示される広告コンテンツの内容などに関して、当アプリ管理者は一切の責任を負いません。
【第７条、本アプリの提供終了】
当アプリ管理者は、その都合により、当アプリの提供を終了することができるものとします。前項に基づき当アプリ管理者が行なった行為により利用者に生じた損害について一切の責任を負いません。
【第８条、紛争処理について】
当アプリ管理者と利用者感で紛争が生じた場合には、準拠法は日本法とします。本規約のいずれかの条項またはその一部が消費者契約法その他の法令などにより無効または執行不能と判断された規定の残りの部分は、継続して完全に効力を有するものとします。
